It was a time of great ferment. Ideas were thrown into the cauldron and revolution bubbled to the surface. Now, as then, we must get grounded in the truth and prepare for action.
Systemic racism.
Climate change.
Disparity of educational opportunity along socio-economic lines.
These are holistic problems that require holistic action.
Taking a cue from the change agents of 1836, we will position ourselves to work towards amelioration.
As Louis Pasteur once wrote, "Chance favors the prepared mind."
Join us this fall to commit to lasting change.
